The challenge
Atlas needed to consolidate three offices into a single harbourside tower without disrupting a live trading floor — and to a non-negotiable occupancy date driven by the head-lease.
Our solution
- Worked directly from the designer's drawings and finishes schedule to specify benching, ergonomic seating and acoustic zoning.
- Manufactured in-house to compress lead times and lock pricing against a fixed budget.
- Delivered and installed across a staged, after-hours programme to keep the floor operational throughout.
